- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 April 2025After reading reviews I was not 100% sure if this solar panel will meet its specs but given ease of Amazon return policy I decided to give it a go and ordered it for my recent camping trip. I couldn't be more happy with my decision.
Solar panel feel well made. It folds in half for transport and strong velcro does very good job keeping it closed. There are two support legs also secured with velcro. Connector cable to charge power station and set of cables allowing to link two panels together was also included and it sits in dedicated zip pocket.
Setting up the panel was straightforward. Open velcro, open up solar panel, get two supports at the back stretched, point the thing towards the sun and connect it to your power station. That simple.
So far panel got used on my last trip to Snowdonia. Over last few days I used it to charge Anker Solix C300 DC and it performed really well. On a cloudy day I was getting anything between 20W and 40W output which was enough to top up power station a bit while charging 2 phones. Brighter days resulted in approx 60W output and when pointed directly to the sun I was getting 80-90W of charging power. My solix charged 14% within an hour and that's while charging 2 phones and maintaining portable fridge.
I will be using it a lot over the summer and will update this review if anything changes.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 February 2022I was impressed with the build quality and construction given it was so light. After a long power outage there was the opportunity to recharge my power station. Unfortunately, the aftermath of the storm left a very dull and dismal day. There was the panic the panels may not work. A couple of days later there was some intermittent sunshine so I was able to test again. The panels kicked in whether the sun was obscured or out. A good charge rate obtained. Very pleased all round. After my initial panic that the panels may not work I contacted the seller. Their response was fantastic, and it was excellent to be able to feedback positively once they were working.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 January 2022Bought to use with a Jackery 240 (which can take a 100w panel and has an inbuilt MPPT) and having had it for 3 months or so I amp retty impressed.
It seems pretty solid and is a nice mix between weight and portability. This isn't a lightweight hiking panel and I'd say is design for car or van use. The legs are fairly hopeless but it does have loops either end that I find more useful.
Best output I've had is 61w in late October sun, in use since it has fluctuated between 30-40w. For my use that's fine and it really does need careful setup and positioning to get the best out of it.
For the price it is robust, waterproof and works. Will I see 100w out of it? Probably not but I'm confident 60-80w is likely when spring and summer arrive and to charge my Jackery that's good enough for me.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 August 2022I have two of these panels to charge a Bluetti EB70. I've been on location in Greece for 6 weeks in constant sunshine with temps up to 36 degrees daily.
These panels NEVER EVER come close to outputting 100 watts even under Greek sunshine!
The most I have ever managed to get, with mid day sunshine and panels positioned accordingly is a miserable 60 watts!
To market these solar panels as 100 watts is grossly misleading.
Allpowers you should market these as "60 watt solar panels" and stop with the misleading marketing hype. Feel free to message me and tell me how and when, and under what weather conditions, you ever managed to get anything close to 100 watts.....I'll be waiting a long time!!
Avoid these panels if you expect anything close to 100 watts!
UPDATE. One my solar panels, (reviewed above) has now stopped working. Absolutely no power generated whatsoever.
The other panel has gone from producing 60 watts (in strong Greek sunshine!) to 30 watts.
Allpowers products are the most unreliable I have ever had the misfortune to own. I will never buy this brand again. Just awful.
FURTHER UPDATE!
The second panel that dropped to 30 watts output also finally failed completely. That's TWO solar panels, bought several months apart, from Allpowers that failed completely. Both have been discarded at my local recycling centre.
These are not reliable products and should not be marketed until the manufacturers recognise the flaws and fixes them.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 December 2024It's hard for me to hate on this panel too much, as I'm not generally sure what sort of level of performance you can expect from these.
However, on a cold crisp day (so no overheating excuses) with the sun pointed directly at it... I'm getting just over 50W.
I may up the review by a star or two if I can see closer to 75W. But right now, very disappointed with the current I'm getting.
