    Didn’t think a toothbrush could make this much of a difference, but here we are. My teeth feel insanely clean, almost like I just left the dentist every time I use it. The pressure sensor stops me from brushing too hard (which I didn’t even realize I was doing), and the battery lasts forever. If you’re still using a manual toothbrush, this is 100% worth the upgrade.

      This has my teeth feeling so much cleaner, the brand was recommended by our dentist for a family member, it came in a two pack so husband took one too. I watched them use it and thought wow that makes things a lot easier. I can tell you my teeth and gums have never felt cleaner or smoother. Just remember to use soft bristles and not to brush hard, just easily go over the teeth front and back. The color is beautiful, my favorite color and it stands alone. It holds a charge for over a week. I just decided a day and each week I put it on the charger overnight. I am sure it would last longer. It’s not messy to use, it’s very well made and I’m glad my dentist suggested it. The brush heads last 6 months, but in between I soak mine in a small cup of peroxide to clean every now and then. Great toothbrush, cleaner teeth and gums with a lot less effort and it’s a money saver too, when you think how many tooth brushes it replaced, don’t hesitate to buy.

      I intended to buy the io8 but comparing the prices, the io2 was much cheaper. When looking at the features, the tech side is lacking as the toothbrush does not work with an app but as I am awful with tech, it was not a consideration for me when I was buying it. I guess my major issue was, it has 3 cleaning modes and there is no indicator to let you know which mode you are on but I always use daily cleaning which is the first mode so that is not an issue. Someone in a product review mentioned the red light is hard to see as it warns you when you press too hard but again, this is not an issue for me as I know how much pressure I feel comfortable with. The battery is strong, I left it unplugged for 3 days and it still worked, maybe it would go unplugged for 4 or 5. In my opinion unless you must have the app and extra tech to guide you, it is worth buying this over the more expensive ones as you save over £100 with this as opposed to the io8.

      I’m a completely new user of electric toothbrushes and I decided to pick this one up on recommendation of my dentist that I should take up using one. I’ve had it a couple of days now and it feels pretty good! It took me a long time to work out the travel case as with the tapering of the neck of the brush it’s hard to fit in properly but it works well once it is in and even has a case to keep 2 additional heads. (Which I wish were provided as it only comes with one. Another nitpick is it says it’s a UK plug but it’s not! It’s a 2 pin shaver plug which I luckily had an adaptor for!

      The brush is really simple to use - just put it in your mouth and select from the three modes by clicking the button, but you do have to cycle through them all to turn off the brush. It does remember what mode you set last time before the brush automatically stops after the 2 minutes are up though which is nice - but I generally find I have to do the 2 minutes then keep going a little with it in places I feel I didn’t get properly. Even with that though, it feels like a whole lot less effort than my manual brush did before and I appreciate the feature which automatically slows down the brush if there’s too much pressure.

      My only other nitpick is that when you’re angling the brush around there always seems to be either water or some toothpaste running down the handle so I’ve always had to give it a wipe off after using. The handle still feels good and light in terms of weight though.

      It comes pre-charged but I topped mine up slightly before using so we’ll see how long the battery lasts.

Even with that though, it feels like a whole lot less effort than my manual brush did before and I appreciate the feature which automatically slows down the brush if there’s too much pressure.

      My only other nitpick is that when you’re angling the brush around there always seems to be either water or some toothpaste running down the handle so I’ve always had to give it a wipe off after using. The handle still feels good and light in terms of weight though.

      It comes pre-charged but I topped mine up slightly before using so we’ll see how long the battery lasts.
