I have this as well as a 3rd party elite strap with battery, so with the Quest 3, the battery on the elite strap, and this, I have 3 sources of power enabling me to play wirelessly longer that I would usually play in a session.
I really like the design idea of this, I don't really notice I'm wearing it. The only slight issue is the cable management, but it is manageable with a bit of thought as to what suits you. Just remember there are two sockets, one is power in, one is power out.

I've been using this NEWDERY Battery Pack that rests around your neck and shoulders for 1 month with my Meta Quest 3 and I've been extremely satisfied. I wanted to purchase the BOBVR M3 Max with battery pack inside the back of this Halo Helmet, but it's not been available for some time in Canada (because I also searched other Canadian websites besides Amazon.ca). So, I decided to try NEWDERY. Very recently, I purchased a KIWI H4 Boost Halo Helmet, but I haven't received it yet.
Rarely, when playing most games, the NEWDERY has not fallen off my neck / shoulders, but one time it did fall off when playing Vader Immortal Episode 3 when getting too active in the Dojo mode where we need to block with the lightsaber in front, from the sides, and from the back. Otherwise, it never falls off when playing Batman, Creed Rise to Glory or Arizona Sunshine 2 or Arizona Sunshine Remake.
The NEWDERY adds an additional 1 hour to 2 hours of battery before it drains and the Quest 3 battery starts to drain from 100 % down to 30 % for me to notice. Depending how many hours I play in a row, both the NEWDERY and the Quest 3 internal battery can last 2.5 hours to 3 hours on a Saturday-Sunday weekend.
The NEWDERY charges fairly quickly, but the USB-C cable you use must be a high-end USB-C cable that allows 60 or 100 watts Power Delivery and 10Gbps or 20GBps bandwidth. I also used a low-end USB-C cable that only supports 5Gbps and less than 60 Watts and it did not charge as quickly. Also, you must think of the power outlet or power adapter you use; it must be a fast charge. Basically, to experience a fast charge, you think about using a Fast Charge power outlet adapter with USB-C port and a high-end USB-C cable. But, if not, it still charges, just slower (maybe it will take 15-30 minutes longer to fully charge).
