So I originally bought the watch as a replacement watch while I was having mine fixed. The watch arrived with 3 different straps which I thought was pretty cool and also a tool to adjust the straps if I need to change it.
The original watch I ordered had some minor issues with some of the functions when connecting to my iPhone so I reached out to customer service and they replied almost instantly with easy to follow steps to try and resolve it.
After this didn’t work they sent me out a replacement watch almost instantly and I’ve had no issues whatsoever with the watch. It’s sturdy and looks good, it’s kind of a bigger face but I prefer this to the small watches. It also functions smoothly and honestly I was surprised by how good it actually works. Really good value for money and the app you use to track everything has so many options for watch faces ( well over a couple hundred) it took me ages to decide on one. I genuinely think I might use it as a daily watch now. That’s my honest review anyway and so far I haven’t had any issues with the watch since replaced. Not to mention it actually looks good! Thanks
