Having upgraded from a traditional wired vacuum cleaner, we’ve found the SunSare X9 to be a huge improvement in several key areas. First off, the cleaning time has been significantly reduced. It’s lightweight, quick to manoeuvre, and so much more convenient without the hassle of dragging a cord or a heavy hoover behind you. The powered brush head makes a real difference in cleaning power as well and combined with the built-in LED lights (shown in the image) this feature is surprisingly helpful at highlighting dust and dirt —especially when cleaning under furniture where dust tends to hide. It’s also a game-changer on the stairs and cleaning the car for its portability —just grab and go. Compared to our old vacuum, the SunSare X9 is also noticeably quieter. We managed to clean all our rooms in a three bedroom home on the medium power setting, with the battery lasting around 40 minutes. The recharge time is pretty impressive as well. The highest power setting we only need to use on the rugs, the low and medium setting are more than adequate for hard wood floors. Despite being lightweight, it feels solid and well-built, the accessories (see images) connect and disconnect with a solid feel and the mounting recharger plate has a convenient storage facility with equally solid securing for these attachments. Overall, the SunSare X9 is a versatile, efficient, and easy-to-use vacuum cleaner that delivers performance, portability, and practicality at a very competitive price point.. Highly recommended to consider compared to higher priced units.

    Compared to our previous (wired) cylinder vacuum the SunSare X9 is superior in several ways:
    - Much reduced cleaning time since it is so much easier & quicker to use.
    - The powered brush head improves efficiency and has bright LEDs that help ensure you've collected debris e.g. from under furniture.
    - Easy to use on stairs: no heavy cylinder to carry or precariously rest on steps as you go.
    - Less noisy: our cats didn't immediately run outside!

    We managed to cover most of our 4 bedroom house on the default medium power setting: the battery lasted 45 minutes. Next time, we'll try low power for the hard floor areas, otherwise a second battery may be needed.
    The vacuum easily handled different types of flooring: wooden, tiled, carpet, mats & rugs (of various thickness).

    Overall an efficient, lightweight (yet solid) vacuum with good suction and decent battery life.

It has 3 power settings, the eco setting giving 50 mins of cleaning and picks up more debris than my old VAX cordless did. I found using it on medium power gave good suction whether using the standard floor brush or the tools supplied. It arrived in a compact, sturdy box and assembled in seconds. The parts are all push-click onto an extendable aluminium tube for strength. To use as a hand held vac the crevice and brush tool fit either straight onto the motor section or use the tube shortened to give a longer reach. It is a lightweight machine - handy if you have arthritis and the dust bucket is easy to empty and keep clean. The battery will charge on or off the cleaner, useful if you have a second battery and want to finish a job without waiting for the charge, which takes 4 hrs.

    Easy to assemble- clear instructions. Small light-weight easy to manoeuvre, and good suction. Downsides are that the battery runs down quickly when on full power, and the dust cup is quite small. Despite these negatives, this is a great little vacuum for a small 1-2 bed propert. For those on a budget I would thoroughly recommend this vacuum.

    I’ve wanted a vacuum cleaner like this for some time but thought they were too expensive. I did read other reviews of this make and decided to take a chance and buy it. It is light and easily manoeuvred and the battery lasts for ages. It is not too noisy & charges up quickly..easy to empty and clean.     Having spent time researching cordless vacuum cleaners including at Currys it seems to be one of the best on the market if just want a cordless vacuum cleaner. Weight and attachments seem really good.
    After an initial issue, SunSare sent a replacement which works as expected.
    The main brush head felt too light to be effective, but I was wrong. The head seem small but it allows for good agility around furniture, and is the right size for stair trends and does not catch on rugs with varying depth pile.
    The battery lasts well - 40% charge remaining after completing a 4 bed with mostly carpets and rugs. Not used the boost option yet, not needed it. Standard suction better than my trusted 10 year old cordless Bosch.
    Charging, can use the cradle or direct to battery with good clear charging status, takes a few hours to complete.

    Hair - women's hair gives pet hair a run for it's money. Seems OK, not had the volume to test it fully.
    Soft brush attachment - just the ticket to get those cobwebs without damaging soft ceiling covings.
    Caddy a little small - had to empty multiple times during a full house session.
    Filter - good filter, stops that flurry of dust after the caddy, filter etc has been put back together. I felt I needed to remove the fancy hepa filter to tap to remove the very fine powdery dust and icky skin flakes .
    Warranty - SunSare sent a reminder to apply for the warranty.
    Telescopic tube - I am 6'4" and the range is excellent, also easy to reduce when working on stairs. Would the seal last frequent adjustment - we will have to see. Telescopic tube allows excellent storage intact in cupboard.
    Unlike the the folding handle of the big brands, where the joints seem flimsy, the SunSare construction feels better.
    Price - at half the price of the big brands you may think you get what you pay for. I have not looked to see if the big brands offer addition features, maybe they make tea or massage you hand, I have no idea, all I can say is this vacuum cleaner feels like it will last and will do as I ask of it and not snap at a joint if I am a little over zealous or in a rush.

    Overall - excellent, shame the first delivery had issues otherwise I would give it a 5
    Update - Having had the vacuum cleaner for a few weeks now, I feel the small hiccup I had initially does not out-weigh the exceptionally good product.
    I had a spill with the dishwasher salt and the mess was swept up with no issue and with one attempt. The cobwebs didn't stand a chance either, and as hoped with no damage to ceiling coving using the soft brush attachment. My old bosch always had issues with hair. I can't believe the hair drop has reduced but I have not seen any hair on the brush, I have not needed to remove the brush and clean it or use the comb supplied. I have also found the telescopic tube lends itself to collapsing down to then store the whole device out-of-site in out small cupboard without taking having to take apart.

    It will also run over rugs with a frill without the brush getting locked up, it just deals with it.
    And finally the led light, I had initially thought 'what is the point', well I can see why now, literally. Some bits and bobs seem to stick to rugs/carpets etc, and a single run over might not be enough. I can now see when I have got the little blighters.
    I would have given the product a 4.5 previously, I feel I genuinely can give the product a 5 now I have put it through its paces.
